Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all accessories
  • Be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Damaged products caused by misuse
  • Clearance items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Defective Products
